By accessing or using QuickShortcuts (“Service”), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions. QuickShortcuts is a shortcut hub designed to streamline your access to various digital platforms.

2. Definitions

  • “Platform”:Refers to the QuickShortcuts website and applications.
  • “User”:Refers to any individual accessing or using the Service.
  • “Dashboard”:Refers to the personalized view containing your shortcuts and favorites.

3. Description of Services

QuickShortcuts provides a centralized hub for accessing third-party products and services. Features include category-based shortcuts, custom shortcut addition, and flexible viewing modes.

QuickShortcuts acts as a navigational tool. We do not host the third-party services linked via shortcuts.

4. Account Registration

To access certain features, including premium subscriptions, users must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Subscriptions and Membership

Service Tiers

  • infoFree User: Limited to 3 custom shortcuts and 10 favorites.
  • starPremium User: Unlimited access, and the ability to lock shortcuts for enhanced privacy.

Billing: We offer monthly and yearly subscription plans. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Payments: All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment providers.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to:

blockUse the Service to navigate to illegal or harmful content
blockAttempt to disrupt the platform's stability
blockViolate intellectual property rights of linked services
blockUse automated systems to scrape data from the hub
blockInterfere with other users' experience

7. Intellectual Property Rights

QuickShortcuts branding, layout, and software are the exclusive property of AppNaya Technologies. Third-party logos and trademarks used in shortcuts belong to their respective owners.

8. Limitation of Liability

QuickShortcuts is provided "as is". We are not liable for:

  • • Content or availability of third-party websites accessed via shortcuts
  • • Any loss of data due to device failure or account termination
  • • Indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the service

9. Termination

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time. We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by applicable laws. Any disputes shall be attempted to be resolved amicably.
